Is the scoping really free?

Yes, one hundred percent free. There is no cost and no catch for the scoping. You leave with a clear plan that is yours to keep. You can use it to hire anyone you like, or you can hire us to build it. You only pay if you choose us to do the build.

What actually happens in a scoping?

We look at how you work now, find the real problem underneath, and you leave with a simple one-page plan. That plan is yours to keep and use however you want.

Do you sell software?

No, we do not sell software. We start with the tools you already use and connect them so they work as one. If a piece is truly missing, we will point it out and suggest an option, but we always begin where you are.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing at all. Just come as you are and tell us about your week. We do the work.

What size of nonprofit is this for?

All sizes. We work with nonprofits across the whole spectrum, from small grassroots teams to large, established organizations. If your mission feels bigger than your systems, you are in the right place.

We already use tools like Salesforce or Asana. Does that matter?

Not a problem, and nothing goes to waste. Those tools stay. We connect them so they finally talk to each other, instead of asking you to throw anything out or start over.

What does it cost if we decide to build?

It really depends on the work. On average a project runs around fifteen thousand dollars, but it can be more or less depending on what you need. You will always see the plan and the price before anything starts, and the scoping itself is always free.
